The account is set up once, around how your business actually travels, and then every journey your team books runs under it:

• Tell us your typical volume, the vehicles you need and your billing requirements, by phone or email
• We agree your rates and set the account up with a dedicated account manager as your single point of contact
• Most accounts are set up on the same day you ask, and always within 24 hours
• Your team gets online booking access and can book 24/7, with priority dispatch on account journeys
• Every journey is logged against the account: passenger, date, route and cost
• You receive one invoice per billing cycle with the full journey report, instead of a pile of individual receipts

Invoicing and Journey Reporting

Choose the invoicing arrangement that suits your finance team: weekly, monthly or quarterly. Bank transfer is our primary payment method, and we provide our company bank details to account customers so payment goes directly into our business account; card payments are also available. Each invoice is accompanied by a journey report listing every trip, its date, the passenger and the cost, so your finance team has a complete audit trail without chasing drivers for receipts. Rates are agreed with the account in advance, and executive vehicle upgrades are available on the same account for client-facing journeys, subject to availability on the day.
